Journal of Measurement and Evaluation (JME) (Print ISSN: -; Online ISSN: -) is supported by HIEP Publishing (Hong Kong) and helmed by Editor-in-Chief Professor Yu Liping from Zhejiang Gongshang University. The journal is dedicated to establishing itself as a leading international publication in the field of measurement and evaluation. The journal has Senior Researcher Wu Yishan, formerly of the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China (ISTIC), as its Academic Advisor, and Professor Su Xinning from Nanjing University as its Honorary Editor-in-Chief. Experts and scholars from over 60 renowned universities and research institutions worldwide serve as members of its Editorial Board.
JME operates a rigorous peer-review process and accepts submissions in both Chinese and English. It is tentatively planned as a quarterly journal, publishing four issues per year, and will release its first issue in 2026.
